Point Cloud Modeling
A point cloud is a set of data points in space. The points represent a 3D shape or object. Each point has its set of X, Y and Z coordinates. Point clouds are generally produced by 3D scanners, which measure many points on the external surfaces of objects around them. As the output of 3D scanning processes, point clouds are used for many purposes, including to create 3D Cad or Revit models for as-built surveys, printed manufactured parts, quality inspection, and for a multitude of visualization, animation, rendering applications.

Merit Partner was founded in Denver Colorado by two friends from Utah State University who knew that in the internet age there is an opportunity for drafting work to be done in a better and more cost effective fashion.
